These General Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all business relationships between Bellissimo - Restaurant Pizzeria and the customer. The version valid at the time the contract is concluded shall apply.
Reservations can be made by phone, email or via our online reservation form. The reservation becomes binding after confirmation by the restaurant. If you are unable to attend, please cancel the reservation in good time (at least 2 hours in advance).
All prices quoted are in Euro (EUR) and include statutory VAT. Payment is made on site upon receipt of the invoice. We accept cash payment and common debit/credit cards.
Our menu serves as an offer. We reserve the right to make changes to ingredients and prices. Allergens are labelled in accordance with the allergen information. Please inform us of any allergies or intolerances.
The restaurant assumes no liability for clothing and items brought in, unless there is gross negligence or intent.
The restaurant reserves domiciliary rights. We ask our guests to behave respectfully towards other guests and staff.

Austrian law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Innsbruck, Austria.
Should individual provisions of these T&C be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
