If you use our contact form or the reservation form, the following data is collected:

  • Phone number
  • Message content / reservation details

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (contract initiation) and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest).

Storage period: Your data will be deleted after processing of your request is complete, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

6. Email Delivery (PHPMailer / SMTP)

For sending emails (contact form, reservation confirmation) we use the SMTP service of our hosting provider. The transmitted data is used exclusively to process your request.
